Established in November 2001, Montessori World is the first English language school in Vietnam using Montessori method to teach English as a second language to children. The method was created by Dr. Maria Montessori (1870 - 1952) in 1907 to teach children at the Children House, a special child care center. After 10 years, her method became well-known all over the world. The method is suitable for children from 3 to 8. Dr. Montessor applied this method to teach children in 4 areas: Practical life, Intellectual development (Language, Math, Science), Culture, and Sensory development. We retrofit the method to specially teach language and science through playing. Montessori World English Language School started its first classes on November 20th, 2011.
