MTI Arts International is an alliance of professionals dedicated to changing lives through the power of the arts. Through research and hands on experience working on programs in institutions throughout the U.S, and Africa, Dr. David Akombo, founder of MTI Arts International has learned how the arts enrich lives, inspire hearts and minds, provide valuable education and are a means for coping and healing in the face of tragedy, trauma and illness. In collaboration with highly trained Educators, Musicians, Dancers, Performers, Music Therapists, Visual Artists and Scholars, MTI offers a range of workshops, performances, lecture-demonstrations and inter-disciplinary Arts Curricula to K-12, College/University students and other original forms of presentation.
