Murray Camp of Nantucket Island is a private licensed day camp based at the Nantucket Lighthouse School. The camp, established in 1989 by it's current directors, provides youngsters ages 4 through 14 with the opportunity to experience social, academic and physical enrichment.We recognize that children have preferred styles of learning and unique developing personalities. We have designed our curriculum to ensure that all children benefit from our enriching curriculum. We strive to support our campers by providing friendship building skills and experiences.. Wonderful nostalgic memories of their summers spent on the island attending Murray Camp is our goal for all off the children entrusted in our care.Our goal is to have our campers eagerly look forward to returning to the island each summer. We believe that all children will benefit from having the opportunity to become enriched in our holistic camp experience. We believe strongly in the many benefits of "fun" and responsibly strive to enrich our campers with experiences that provide just that!
