MyHealthMentor Inc. is a non-profit organization that works to connect Mentees seeking guidance for a specific health condition with Mentors who not only have experience dealing with that same health challenge, but who also would like to share their experience and expertise in order to improve another life. Our organization offers a secure, user-friendly platform where members are invited to select their specific health condition, share their expectations and goals for Mentorship, and receive a customized Mentor/Mentee pairing.Mission StatementTo provide an additional tool to those recently-diagnosed with health conditions by connecting them with mentors who are or have faced a similar health challenge. We are dedicated to applying the principles of Health Mentorship with the belief that mentees can benefit from the experiences and expertise of other individuals, and mentors derive satisfaction from being able to make a difference in the life of another person experiencing the same condition.
