An exciting and innovative way of supporting customers in the new world of NDIS and Home Care Packages has arrived in Queensland. MySupportBroker is working across Australia to introduce a person-centred ground breaking venture for local people with support needs to take control of and live their best lives. We train self employed Support Brokers to support NDIS, Aged Care and self funded customers to navigate and simplify the complex world of government funding and service providers, through our accessible and virtual platform. Support Brokers understand that arranging high quality, good value for money care and support is not the most important part of their life but it is a critical necessity if they are to truly live the life they choose. So, brokers help their customers to plan their best day, tailoring support and services to achieve it and getting the people who matter involved.
