Since we are a small company, we offer much greater flexibility in both our scheduling and pricing as well. We specialize in working with small to medium sized companies, who likely do not have the budget to hire a full-time FSQA professional to dedicate themselves to these projects. Since much of the work to create a food safety program is front end heavy, why invest heavily in a longterm employee, when we can do the work for you on a contract basis?
