NALSC® (the National Association of Legal Search Consultants) is the only organization representing the attorney search profession. The organization is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards by requiring adherence of its members to the NALSC Code of Ethics®.NALSC currently is comprised of 180 members from all over the United States and Canada, as well as other international locations. Given the prominence of the Code of Ethics, a constantly increasing number of legal employers are incorporating the NALSC Code of Ethics® in their recruitment contracts.NALSC has two conferences per year, the Fall Symposium (typically in New York City) and the Annual Conference (in a different US location each year). These conferences filled with numerous programs of interest to legal recruiters, networking, and fun with professional colleagues. Dan Binstock currently serves at President, and Stephanie Ankus, a long-time NALSC member, serves as NALSC's Executive Director. Stephanie brings to her new role over 12 years of a lengthy and productive history with NALSC as the former Account Executive in Headquarters.
