The organization is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards by requiring adherence of its members to the NALSC Code of Ethics®.NALSC currently is comprised of 180 members from all over the United States and Canada, as well as other international locations. Given the prominence of the Code of Ethics, a constantly increasing number of legal employers are incorporating the NALSC Code of Ethics® in their recruitment contracts.NALSC has two conferences per year, the Fall Symposium (typically in New York City) and the Annual Conference (in a different US location each year).
