NSHA is a grassroots non-profit made up of less than ten volunteers with backgrounds in medicine, social work and emergency personnel. Our mission is to end infant abandonment and infanticide through promoting the Safe Haven law and partnering with state organizations to further their Safe Haven efforts. NSHA also operates a 24/7 Crisis Hotline for those in need of Safe Haven information and support. As a non-profit led by dedicated volunteers and solely funded through individual donations and grant investment, your support in ending wrongful infant deaths is appreciated more than you will ever know.
