We maintain full professional indemnity insurance and all of our staff hold valid safety accreditation.All Project Leaders are Members of the Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management and follow its Code of Professional Conduct. We encourage our staff to continue professional development through courses, workshops and conferences. We organize internal workshops and regular field excursions to further staff skills in specific habitat and species surveying techniques.
