Navan Racecourse is located in the heart of Co. Meath, just 5km from Navan town centre. It is a left-handed oval track of one mile and four furlongs with a testing uphill finish of approximately two furlongs. Our straight sprint track is nearly six furlongs in length. There is action on the track almost every month of the year. Navan Racecourse hosts 18 fixtures in the calendar year, Predominantly known for its National Hunt racing, Navan also stages high-class Flat racing during the summer months, thus offering its patrons an excellent day out all year roundHighlights include thetote.com Fortria Chase (November), the Ladbrokes.com Troytown Chase (November), Ladbrokes Boyne Hurdle (February) and the Vintage Crop Stakes (April).Year upon year some of the best horses in Ireland race at Navan. And more recently we have seen Tiger Roll, Douvan, Min, Vautour, Samcro, Footpad, Order of St George and more storm up the Navan hill.
