This is done in a manner to ensure that the absolute majority of the work force understand and can apply the standard(s) in their respective work spaces.System development and implementation is done from the perspective of ensuring that the documentation and processes are in line with the organizational processes and culture thereby ensuring a more successful and sustainable implementation.Often systems are designed almost exclusively with an eye to ensure compliance with the standard(s) with a limited focus on the practicalities of what is then documented, the buy in and understanding of the wider organization. Needless to say, this leads to systems that are almost exclusively on paper and not well implemented and in many cases carried by one or a few persons. Our offering is a method of development and implementation that has been demonstrated to deliver effective system implementation in organizations of various sizes and differing industries.
