Neon Performing Arts is a Social Enterprise/Not-for-Profit Company founded in 2013 by Emanuela Pagliei, international dancer and choreographer, and Delroy Blake, international singer, songwriter and musician. Neon offers classes in Ballet, Modern Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop dance as well as Singing and Drama classes for children aged 4-18 years old.Neon also has a fully funded Youth Company - NeonELEVATE which was launched in Autumn 2020 as a prototype for a Youth Company through funding from Lambeth ELEVATE. This groundbreaking project gave a platform for young Lambeth talents as well as Neon to evolve; building on 8 years of partnership work with Artists and Arts organisations. The innovative theatre making Youth Company seeks to develop original and cutting-edge creative work; whilst giving ownership to the young creatives aged 13-25 years old whilst developing their employability skills.
