Founded in 1999, JamesCash.co.uk inc Netlink IT are a Microsoft Small Business Specialist and Microsoft Certified Partner. We help Small Businesses with their IT problems. Generally our clients are Owner Managers who are annoyed that they are spending too much of their valuable time dealing with IT problems when they should be doing more important things. Typically, they may be frustrated at having to spend time on the 'phone to suppliers like BT trying to resolve problems with their Broadband or e-mail, or frustrated that when they 'phone their existing IT Supplier they find that their issue "isn't covered under contract".
