New Horizon Consulting Group was founded in 2017 with the goal of changing the paradigm when it comes to employer sponsored benefits. Too often, employees are unaware the variety of benefits their employers provide. Even worse, those that are aware don't understand how or why they should be used.Our motto "Employee Education, Employer Benefit" reinforces our belief that our purpose is to address the needs of the employee, while at the same time supporting the business relationship with the employer.NHCG seeks to increase institutional client satisfaction by helping their employees understand and utilize the benefits being provided. Unlike many firms in the employee benefits market, our approach allows employees access to their benefits consultant in whatever setting they feel most comfortable: on-site, at our offices, in their homes, over the phone, or via email.From an employer perspective, our plan design review process delivers holistic solutions that focus on the employee while managing costs. NHCG focuses on are variety of benefit offerings including, but not limited to, group retirement plans (401 (k), 403(b), 457), group health insurance, and worksite / group voluntary products. The target market of our benefits administration consulting and advisor service is small to medium sized businesses, with 100 – 1,000 employees.
