New Horizon Consulting Group was founded in 2017 with the goal of changing the paradigm when it comes to employer sponsored benefits. Too often, employees are unaware the variety of benefits their employers provide. NHCG focuses on are variety of benefit offerings including, but not limited to, group retirement plans (401 (k), 403(b), 457), group health insurance, and worksite / group voluntary products. The target market of our benefits administration consulting and advisor service is small to medium sized businesses, with 100 – 1,000 employees.
