The New York City Climbing Collective is a community-based organization striving to make the New York Metro area climbing culture more equitable and inclusive for all. We are committed: to hosting community outreach events, coordinating grassroots projects, providing a safe space for anti-racist education within the climbing community, advocating for fair rights amongst climbing gym and outdoor-industry affiliated employees, and empowering individuals and companies in the outdoor industry to address systemic inequities. Together we can work towards a more just future for all climbers regardless of race, gender, ability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
