Nexilico is an early-stage computational biology startup with a mission to advance microbiome and precision medicine R&D by developing the next generation of predictive microbiome precision medicine technologies to improve drug design and development as well as clinical outcome for a range of therapeutics. Nexilico has been recognized for its innovative technologies as a recipient of multiple SBIR/STTR grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Science Foundation (NSF). Our team is developing computational technologies, validated by experimental and clinical data, to predict the interactions between the gut microbiome and therapeutics and leverage this information to better understand gut microbiome-mediated drug metabolism for diagnostics and treatment purposes and for development of microbiome-based therapeutics.
