NextGen Leaders Project is designed to build an army of talented, diverse top performers. Top performers that are socially diverse, ethnically diverse and psychologically diverse are offered challenging opportunities to participate in projects with purpose, pressure and expectations of performance, while helping amplify the brands of small businesses. This live-learning ecosystem is supported by a Master Coach, and an OWL Council. A council of older, wiser leaders. Teams are built and connected using psychometric data, which allows them to achieve performance at lightening speed. We have rallied 10 OWLs (Older Wiser Learners) to help inspire, teach and grow 20 future leaders by immersing them in 6 brand amplification projects. Each project team will have a master coach, this coach will intentionally develop the following skills: asking questions for exploration, listening with curiosity, and forward moving feedback & storytelling in a social space. The purpose of each project is to help minimum of 100 diverse youth build these skills as well.
