I like to think of myself as a great cook, not a chef. A chef is someone who went to school to learn all the tricks of the trade and probably studied under a lot of fancy names. I learned from my mama, who learned from her mama, who learned… well you get it! From a young boy I always had a fascination with food, and thankfully that passion was with regard to making all the great dishes of my family heritage taste as authentic as possible. There is nothing quite like being taken or transported simply from the taste of a particular dish on your palette and that is what we hope to inspire in every single one of our customers who choose Nico's Kitchen. I started this business because I have an amazing passion not only for the food which we make, but also for the way in which we are able to bring our cuisine to our customers. We love to take on parties, events, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, openings, property showings, reunions, retirement parties, house-warming parties, etc… If you have a need for catering, we would love the opportunity to make your event unforgettable for your guests.
