Our Story The founders of the Noah Z.M. Goetz Foundation, Parul and Nathaniel Goetz, struggled with fertility and the adoption process for over five years. With the support of their friends and family, they were able to adopt a baby boy, Noah, for whom the foundation is named. The NZMG Foundation, incorporated in 2011 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was created to guide North Carolina couples and individuals with infertility challenges through the infant domestic adoption process by providing education and monetary assistance to make the dream of parenthood a reality. The NZMG Foundation relies solely on volunteers, many who have personally experienced infertility and later adopted children domestically. Others work in family law or are North Carolina residents who are passionate about domestic adoption and building families. Mission To help those experiencing infertility make the dream of parenthood a reality through education about the infant domestic adoption process and the provision of grant funding. Goals 1. Educate would-be parents on the process of infant domestic adoption so that they may make an informed decision about pursuing adoption to build their family. 2. Empower would-be parents wishing to pursue infant domestic adoption by providing grant opportunities to help offset the cost of the process.
