Established as a CIC the company's profits are ring fenced with all profits to be reinvested in community interest projects such as youth engagement/development and fire prevention activities for the vulnerable.We offer both standard and bespoke training packages inclusive of Fire, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Industrial, First Aid, CPR and the sale/training for Defibrillators. We cater for individual sole traders to multinational, educational, third sector and government institutions continually developing our course offer to meet the needs of legislative requirements and commercial business interests.Establishing the company as a CIC enables all profits to be ring fenced to be reinvested in community interest projects such as, fire prevention for the vulnerable and youth engagement /development activities, improving safety and developing awareness for all.In partnership with Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service we share common objectives in promoting and developing safety for everyone at home, work and in your leisure time. Our courses are designed to develop awareness and promote safe working and leisure practices throughout the county of Norfolk and beyond.Our training can be further tailored to meet your individual company or service user need and we have to date successfully developed courses specifically for companies across all sectors and sizes.
