Managing director and founder Alan Northen, a chartered member of the RICS and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, brings more than 20 years of experience, knowledge and expertise to the business with a proven track record in quantity surveying consultancy. Alan oversees a skilled and talented team of 11 quantity surveyors and business support members, who all thrive on delivering a high quality, flexible, and cost effective service for clients across the South West, South Wales and London. Northen Surveying specialises in bill production, undertaking everything from Builders Quantities to full NRM Bills.
