Managing director and founder Alan Northen, a chartered member of the RICS and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, brings more than 20 years of experience, knowledge and expertise to the business with a proven track record in quantity surveying consultancy. Alan oversees a skilled and talented team of 11 quantity surveyors and business support members, who all thrive on delivering a high quality, flexible, and cost effective service for clients across the South West, South Wales and London. Northen Surveying specialises in bill production, undertaking everything from Builders Quantities to full NRM Bills. They have been fully operational with NRM2 from the outset, using it to produce client bills since February 2013.With a passion for measurement in construction, and for mitigating risk, Northen Surveying has completed projects with companies including Midas, BAM and ISG, covering sectors such as residential, commercial and industrial.
