Northern Illinois Mortgage Corporation was a privately owned Illinois corporation that had been providing local residents home loans since 1999. Our native born Illinois proprietors understand Illinois' unique, competitive home loan environment. We had many things to be proud of including closing close to $1 billion dollars in mortgage loans and being nominated muliple times as a IAMP mortgage broker of the year.Unfortunately increased compliance requirements and legislation, specifically the Dodd-Frank Act made it impossible to run and operate a small mortgage company and after 11 years we were forced to close our doors in 2010.Owner/President Matt Voss (NMLS #202664) is now working at Mortgage Master managing their Schaumburg office and loan originators.
