Offset my Food Waste is a Swiss social not-for-profit organization that seeks to work with the hospitality industry, food and beverage firms, governments and the public to tackle challenges around food and organic waste management in developing countries, using a sustainable circular economy approach.For our planet, whose limited resources are under pressure, and a global population projected to grow by a third in the next 30 years, it is simply not an option to let organic waste be discarded and not recovered and put back into the food chain.
