ODW Oil & Gas Executive Commercial/Sales Leader, focused on key customers with global operations in Exploration & Production, Drilling & Completions, LNG, SAG-D, Pipeline, Power Generation, Gas Compression.Currently focused on the IT needs of Joint Ventures and Major Capital Projects in the Oil & Gas, CSG and LNG industries in China, Japan, the ASEAN countries, and Middle East/Africa. Based in Garland TX.• Review the bid documents and pre-contract tender terms and conditions, to identify commercial and contractual risk of the contract• Identify project risk and propose risk mitigation measures including qualifications and comments to contract terms and conditions• Manage contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues related to contracts, subcontracts and procurement• Assess the Company's obligations and liabilities• Assess the company's ability to qualify for payment under the contract terms• Actively participate in tender risk review meetings• Participate in bid negotiations with clients• Carry out all activities related to contracts such as drafting, preparation, finalization, negotiation and execution• Finalize contracts, subcontracts, consultants, non-disclosure, MOU's, Consortium, joint venture contracts, and other types and forms of agreements• Discuss the terms with the Supervisor and negotiate terms if required with the various agencies representing the above• Assist, evaluate and advise project managers on contract conflicts and claims with clients and subcontractor's• Verify claims and counterclaims from the legal perspective, study and defend the claims made by subcontractors in coordination with the discipline engineers• Compliance with contractual requirements as well as regular internal reporting• Contractual Management of Oil & Gas executed contracts• Ensuring any rights under the contract are protected and maintainedThe CEO Neil Garde Clattenburg has been in this field for 11 years and it was his dream to start up this great establishment in late 2010.
