PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OilStone Energy Services, Inc. ("OilStone" ) is a design, engineering and construction firm focused on the field upstream and midstream segments of the oil and gas industry. The Company's business consists of: New pipeline construction, construction of related mid stream infrastructure (gathering stations, compressor stations, etc.), pipeline maintenance services, and all of the associated services necessary to plan, execute, complete and certify such jobs. The Company typically focuses on projects involving pipe in the 4 " to 20 " range. For projects such as this, the Company will plan the entire job and then have direct responsibility for: clearing and cutting the Right of Way ("ROW") to lay the pipe, stringing, bending and welding the pipe, tying in all sections, testing the integrity of the completed installation, and then grading, cleaning up, and reseeding the ROW. OilStone is the launch installation and service partner for a dynamic, "game changing" coiled steel pipe product manufactured by the Dayton, TX based company Global Tubing. This coiled steel pipe should allow installations that are up to 24 % less expensive that competing "stick" pipe while offering the same physical properties of regular steel pipe. A significant portion of the Company's work both now and in the future focuses on the repair and maintenance of existing pipelines and related infrastructure. This work is typically billed a on a time and materials basis and can be highly profitable .
