// WHAT WE STAND FOROne Love Initiative is not-for-profit charity organisation with a fresh outlook on how we give back to our communities and help fellow Aussies who need it the most. A recent study showed that 43% of people do not trust charities today due to a lack of transparency and communication with donors. Moreover, most charity funds have turned into cash cows for their highly paid CEO's. This is a HUGE problem as it means people are reluctant to make donations and offer their support to charity groups and the people who lose out the most on this are the people in need. We aim to be different to the majority of charities in that we strive to provide as much transparency as possible. We believe that people LOVE being a part of our movement as it creates the ideal bridge between the people who need it the most and the people who have more than they need and want to give back.UNDER OUR SCOPE// HOMELESSNESSIt is estimated at more than 100 thousand homeless people in Australia on any given night. Homelessness is rising year on year on our doorsteps in Australia.// DISADVANTAGED CHILDRENEarly intervention is the best cure for children in unhealthy situations. A child in an unstable home environment is the start of a life full of struggles.// UNDERNOURISHMENTAccording to Food Bank, there are more than 3.5 Million people experiencing Food Insecurity within Australia at any given time. 27% of those in need of food are children.
