Orientati® is a software that exploits the potential of the digital age, using the best IT tools to guarantee worldwide diffusion while retaining the central focus on "the person" and his/her skills. In this way, the users guide themselves and allow themselves to be guided through their own process of improvement. The software allows the resources involved to "mature" in terms of both reputation and skills as a result of the feedback that is continuously being received from the members of the Community.Orientati enhances what you are, what you know and what you are able to do. The project arose out of the need to capitalise the know-how and life experience of each individual resource, making these available to the rest of the Community for the purpose of creating a virtuous system of growth that fosters active development by making the users primary protagonists of the entire process. Orientati was created in the BUSINESS and LIFE divisions.
