Nonprofit Organization Management - Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
Orphan Support Foundation (OSF) is an independent, non-profit, charitable human rights organization based in Pakistan; which is purely established for orphaned and abandoned children. The children who are deprived of the guidance and protection of their primary caregivers are more vulnerable to health risks, violence, exploitation and discrimination and they are often deprived of education. According to the available secondary data, the annual death toll from terrorist attacks is continuously remained to rise in the country. Our aim is to strive to guard the fundamental needs of this disadvantaged population by engaging them in advocacy, education, technical skills development program, problem analysis, and the development of solutions based on sound research that can also be applied by any NGO wherever necessary. Our dream is to establish the Orphan Provincial Public Schools minimum one in the head quarter/capital of the all provinces; where the orphans and abandoned children will be provided all basic necessities including education, accommodation, food and capacity building program (technical skills & personality development) under single roof without any discrimination. We believe it is useless to operate several low quality orphanages which are impossible to monitor and produce a better result. Look forward for your suggestions.
