It is an ecclesiastical, non-governmental, nonprofit organization related to the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of Homs. And the only representative to the Archdiocese, regarding the service, social and development work, That serves others regardless of their religion, race or color, based on the Spirit of Gospel and the teachings of the Lord Jesus. And took as a symbol the Saint martyr and healing doctor Elian al-Homsi, the intercessor of the city of Homs who witnessed the Lord in offering free mercy services for every human being without discrimination.
