"Our Talents" is a non-profit foundation running a Leadership Program for young talented professionals continuing their postgraduate studies at Russia's leading business schools.The aim of our Leadership Program is to support the development of business education in Russia as well as to promote civic values and social responsibility in business community. We aim to present our members with the finest examples of business ethics and leadership, to give them the sense of purpose and direction for their future professional development, to further their expertise in various areas of business, politics, international relations, etc.The Leadership Program includes the following activities:• Meeting with high-profile speakers from the areas of business, politics, international relations, etc.;• Visits to companies and public organisations;• Training sessions and seminars;• Networking events;• Participation in conferences;• Business trips (in Russia and abroad – we have already taken our members to the USA, UK, Japan and China);• Charity activities.Our Talents Foundation is based in Moscow, Russia.More information about "Our Talents" can be found on our website: http://www.otf.ru/
