Outlook University Independent School Network is a nonprofit organization that creates schools that are directly partnered with Historically Black Colleges and Universities. OUISN is an educational model that sends students to college with prior knowledge and experience that directly align with the hosting post-secondary institutions academic and cultural environments. OUISN uses and authentic project-based curriculum that creates a personalized education plan for each student. The Outlook University Independent School Network will authenticate an early college model of education with a focus on the field of engineering, pre-law/education, pre-medical studies, and business. This model will align with the requirements set by the Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee State Board of Regents dual enrollment programs, and the Wisconsin State Department of Public Instruction's learning standards for high school graduation, to create a portal directly into the Southern University College of Engineering, the Tennessee State University College of Education, the Alcorn State University Department of Pre-Professionals, and the Jackson State University College of Business.
