PJ Resource Development (PJRD) is an environmental services company based in the DFW Metroplex which provides a wide range of environmental services including water/waste permits and approvals. PJRD specializes in wetland delineations, wetland restoration, biological assessments, ecological risk assessments, NEPA analysis and document preparation, Clean Water Act permitting, USFWS Section 7 consultations, Section 106 SHPO coordinations, Pollution Prevention Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Spill Control (SPCC) Plans, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
