Our goal is to provide a single point of contact for a client for all services rendered.Pan-Op Survey & Consulting, LLC offers complete survey solutions for pipeline projects, from preliminary survey to construction staking and the final as-builts. Additionally, with our complementary capabilities in pipeline design and integrity, Pan-Op Survey & Consulting, LLC offers full- service solutions to improve project efficiency and convenience for operators.Pan-OP NDT, LLC provides film-based radiographic services for field inspections and shop fabrication inspections. Radiography can inspect material of varying density and composition as well as inspect assembled and in-service components. Radiographic services can be performed with minimum surface preparation and detect both surface and subsurface defects. We will deliver a permanent record of the inspection.Pan-Op & JDL's relationship allows for streamlined Surface land negotiations, acquisitions, right-of-way / easement acquisitions, damage settlements, water sourcing, permitting, mapping, title, imaging, asset reports, A&D - closing Statements and construction management.
