Radiography can inspect material of varying density and composition as well as inspect assembled and in-service components. Radiographic services can be performed with minimum surface preparation and detect both surface and subsurface defects. We will deliver a permanent record of the inspection.Pan-Op & JDL's relationship allows for streamlined Surface land negotiations, acquisitions, right-of-way / easement acquisitions, damage settlements, water sourcing, permitting, mapping, title, imaging, asset reports, A&D - closing Statements and construction management.
