Pasta d'Alba is a family-run artisan pasta factory in which innovation and tradition could merge. Located in the heart of the Langhe, in Piedmont, we are specialized in the production of dry pasta with certified organic flours. What most distinguishes us, besides careful and constant research for the best raw materials, is the wide range of products we offer which goes from the ancient grains to naturally flavored and colored pasta, whole bran products, and a complete selection of gluten-free products, legumes pasta and baby food development.Particularly interesting at this moment is the wide range of gluten-free products with more than 20 different recipes including legumes pasta and our beautiful new tagliatelle. All these products are also available in private labels with many customized packaging solutions.
