Dried at low temperatures and extruded through bronze dyes, our pasta is produced the old-fashioned way.We manufacture, import and distribute 100% Italian Pasta. Our main focus is in the organic and traditional segment in North America – both Durum Wheat semolina and Whole Wheat semolina dry pasta. Our factory has all of the certifications to assure you the highest standards of quality: BRC, IFS, USDA Organic, Kosher, among others.
