Pathfinders is a user-led organisation by and for people with muscle-weakening conditions. We want everyone to have choice and controlover where and how they live their lives, with access to peers, communityand connection. We offer social and educational opportunities, providingadvice, information, support and advocacy, as well as campaigning, andrunning projects designed to help our members overcome barriers.We want to build a society in which people with muscle-weakeningconditions are able to lead full, expansive, and self-determined lives.
