The mission of Pathos (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit LLC) is to deliver the educational, support, and technology resources needed to provide a Medical Home to all children and youths with special health needs. Our initial focus is on providing a secure platform for sharing files such digital individual education plans (IEP), which are critical resources and mile markers for children with special needs. We also intend to provide safe and secure messaging that can be used by parents, educators, and healthcare providers to communicate as a team.
