The wine company, founded in 1936 by the family's maternal grandfather, now covers about two hundred acres, one-third cultivated with varieties of Nero d'Avola, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Catarratto and Insolia, among the most renowned varieties not only for the Sicilian enology. The company has acceded to the GAP protocol (Good Agricultural practice) and the entire production process takes place through the most modern equipment, under the supervision of two of the most well-known Italian oenologists: Vincenzo Bambina and Nicola Centonze.
