Our multidisciplinary team offers:- Exercise Physiology- Remedial Massage- Reformer Pilates- Clinical Nutrition- Pelvic Health PhysiotherapyWe are passionate about women's health and have specialist training to make you feel comfortable and confident in your return to optimal health.We have a great understanding of the changes in women's bodies at all stages of life, in particular we are experts in: - Pregnancy, birth and postnatal - Breast, bowel and gynaecological cancers - Chronic pain management - Endometriosis, Prolapse and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. - Rehabilitation pre and post surgery / injury, injury prevention and chronic complex musculoskeletal conditions.- Chronic disease management including Diabetes and Heart Disease- Neuromuscular,- Osteoporosis and falls prevention.We work closely with your medical team, and alongside gynaecologists, oncologists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and pain specialists.We are located on Brisbane's north side in Chermside West with plenty of easy parking available.Our studio is quiet, private and air conditioned, with reformer pilates equipment, strength equipment, a private consultation and massage room.We are a child and family friendly studio so children, babies and partners are always welcome.
