Purpose:My purpose is to help people identify and clarify their purpose. To provide perspective, resources and tools and walk the path alongside them as they become the person that will achieve that purpose. Passion: I love working with people and organization that want to grow. My immediate gratification kicks in when someone has an "Ahha" moment that changes the way they think and brings them to the next season of their growth. The moment you see it in their eyes and on their face. Their life has been impacted and they want take action. About: My wife and I have been married for 29 years. We are parents to 5 children and 1 grandson. My priorities are my spiritual walk, my family and leaving the legacy of helping others achieving the BEST version of themselves. Significance Goal: Someday after I am dead and gone, I want people to come to up to my grandchildren and say "Your Grandpa helped me change my life. He poured wisdom into me. He invested in me, and he believed in me. He helped me to understand and achieve my purpose."
