I am committed to working with each person to help build on their strengths while at the same time identifying solutions and goals to assist them in moving forward. I am supportive in my approach to identifying individual challenges and work with each person I see to provide solutions and direction with warmth and caring as well as a good amount of humor. You are the Expert in your own life. My work is based on the belief that each person I see if the expert in their own life. Despite how they may feel in that first meeting.
