Philly Broadcaster is an open-ended, all-inclusive A&E, community blog, out on a mission to better the city. That mission is to provide an unfiltered source of media to the Philadelphia community, along with an exhibition of artistic talent. Why are we open-ended? Because we're here to learn, with open ears and open minds, and share the fruits of our re-education about the city. We want to keep it purely local, purely relevant, and with nearly 100% original content on our blogroll at all times. Philly is a bountiful ocean, teeming with a preponderance of happenings and initiatives and activists and artists and revolutionaries darting in and out of sight that we see no reason why we can keep our attention locked inward. To its depths and back again, we intend to relearn the city; from all its peoples and their creations that define it; from the subterranean, and unsung, up.
