PAMI serves two (2) kinds of Clients:A. Foreign Clients - the job provider (Foreign Companies/Principals/Employers)We offer our service to assist in gathering qualified Philippine Candidates with utmost attention indicated on their manpower request. Our service starts from the day that we seal agreement and doesn't end after Philippine employee arrived at host country but until the employees finishes the employment contract and return back to the Philippines.Our company will provide advertisement, sourcing, prescreening, shortlisting for employers final selection. Once the employer inform the selection, we will proceed to the medical test under the accredited clinics of POEA and per country basis. An update on status of selected candidates will be send to out to employer each week ensuring employer that the candidate is actively preparing for his/her foreign employment.We offer pre-departure orientation to selected candidates to ensure that they are prepared to work in overseas job this also will include foreign language training to ensure that hire-candidates can easily adapt in foreign workplace.B.
