Freeing yourself from the past and living in the present is the key to your best future. I balance my formal training as a therapist with compassion and professionalism. I apply a tailored, integrated approach to therapy suited to the unique needs of every client. Whether it's identifying your inner critic and understanding its true function, processing past traumas or experiences, or just providing an outside perspective, I will walk the journey alongside you.I have training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindful Self Compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy among many others. However, what sets me apart is the ability to reach a wide range of individuals living with a variety of beliefs and experiences. I work with adults working through depression, anxiety, codependence, poor self-concept, childhood trauma, abuse, family conflict, divorce, and boundary setting. The first step is always the hardest.
