Since it's founding in 2013 Plastic Bank has recovered and recycled over 6.25 Million KG (13,000,000 lbs) of ocean bound plastic and improved the lives of over 4200 families living in poverty.In the Philippines, Plastic Bank has collected 250,000 KG of plastic in December 2019 alone. Our aim is to help stop the flow of plastic into the oceans and waterways. While doing this, we strive to uplift the lives of those involved in our plastic collection process. Our monetary rewards system is above market value and members can exchange their tokens for daily goods.
