Cultivating talent / Growing teams.When new technology in digital print technology emerged in 1995, Ben researched the growing large format print industry. After writing a business plan financing was obtained to start Killer Kolor – Big Prints. Ben and Leona were pioneers in the large format digital print industry. Killer Kolor was the first company to offer large format digital color printing. Killer Koor was featured in industry trade magazines and in 1999 won the Schellenberg Award for Print Excellence from the Digital Printing and Imaging Association, now the SGIA. Killer Kolor grew and expanded to include graphic design and digital printing. Ben sold Killer Kolor in 2008. Ben helped with the transition to Ridgeline Graphics Inc. through to 2011. Currently Ben is working on business projects as a Problem Solver / Team Developer / Leader.
